Fr. Frank Moloney SDB will finish his term as the provincial of the Salesians of Don Bosco in Australia and Pacific on 31st December 2011.
In his message, particularly to all Salesians and collaborators of the province, Fr. Moloney has briefly reflected on achievements and changes in the last six years. Vocations have decreased in Australian end while flourishing in the Pacific. Aging population of Salesians in Australia is balanced by the youthfulness of those in the Pacific. Salesian schools are now run by dedicated lay people with authentic spirit of Don Bosco. New Salesian works have been established in New Zealand and Salelologa island in Samoa.

Fr. Greg Chambers will take on the role of provincial of the province of Mary Help of Christians on 1st January 2012.
