A large number of students, family members, staff, and the locals gathered at Salesian College in Sunbury for the 2nd Annual Rupertswood Harvest. It was held on Sunday 6th November from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
The Harvest was a great time for people of all ages. Children as well as many elderly enjoyed strolling through vegies market, food stalls, entertainment precinct, live animal displays, and pony rides. The perfect weather made the atmosphere more enjoyable for all visitors. A number of artworks were displayed in the mansion where many proud students explained visitors of their works.
The hands on information on agricultural learning and stud scholarship programs were on show where students demonstrated on shearing sheep, and looking after cattle and horses.
Many visitors simply enjoyed a comfy spot on the lawn and had lunch while listening to the live music provided by Naturally Cool Big Band.
It was a free entry event and there was something for everyone to enjoy.
