Professions and Celebrations of St. John Bosco

sdbfijiA number of Salesian Professions are planned on the annual feast day of St John Bosco, 31st January 2016.

Four Samoan young men: Falefa Elia, Sanele Faapue, Lui Sueina and Esau Tuala will make their First Profession at Don Bosco House in Fiji while Br. Tuia Afoa SDB commits himself in Perpetual Profession to God for the young.

At St. Margaret Mary’s church in North Brunswick, Tristan O’Brien will make his First Profession while Br Kitichai Saisawang SDB [Jack] of Thailand Province commits himself in Perpetual Profession in the evening on 31st January.

Tristan O’Brien who will make his First Profession in North Brunswick is a past pupil of St. Joseph’s College Ferntree Gully, a past Cagliero volunteer in Cambodia, and a nephew of its former principal Mr. Vin Feeney.

Family and friends of the Salesians are invited to come along to the feast of St. John Bosco and the Professions both in Fiji and in Melbourne.
