The draft of the new SSCS guide lines was presented during the meeting and the delegates were invited to contribute to its final copy that will probably be published at the end of 2011.
The delegates shared their work and experience during the meeting, and discussed how to network as a region exchanging information and formation.
In addition, Fr. Julian Fox presented the FOSS: Free and Open Source Software that can be utilized by everybody at no cost. The Linux is an example of free Operating System, similar to Vista or Windows 7, or even better. Many other software programs such as Open Office, GIMP, Libre, can be downloaded and use freely by anyone. Fr. Julian is encouraging all to use these free softwares that are available at our finger tips rather than paying needless money to Bill Gates.
