    The Netherlands

    Good morning,

In the forest near Apeldoorn, The Netherlands, there is a Chapel of The Holy Ghost which
was built during the war as a donation.
The donation took place under the condition that the properties could be used by
    Salesian Priests only.

Sunday mass in the Capel of the Holy Ghost still is in the hands of these Salesian Priests. This
is about to come to an end: of the two remaining Salesians in Apeldoorn one died in november 2016 and the second Priest is well over 80 years of age.

So, as part of a recruiting comity I am now asking Roman Catholic Seminaries and Salesian communities to discuss with Student Priests if there would be one or two willing to accept the challenge to come to Apeldoorn in order to secure continuity.
A young Salesian Priest automatically will qualify to join our community here and live in the facilities near our Chapel.
To qualify for this assignment as a student in a Seminary the candidate best ontact the local Provincial of the Salesians in his area. The Provincial will disuss a program
leading to admission to the Order of the Salesians. All of the costs leading to admission will be taken care of by the local Provincial. Our Provincial in Antwerp will finance needs which may arise in the future. of the new Salesian Priests entered into our community

Our prayer is that your Seminary would encourage upcoming alumni to consider the
    relocation to our city..
We would be most grateful for every help your Seminary?congregation may be willing to offer. Please send a reaction to ensure you received this message

    Kind Regards,

    John Smeur
