On the fourth of February, Fr Eusebio Muñoz, the Head of the Salesian Mission Office of Madrid and the Director of Institutional Relations of Real Madrid FC, Emilio Butragueño, celebrated the tenth anniversary of the alliance between their mutual organizations.
The city of San Benito Petén, Guatemala, hosts an important Salesian mission that is strongly rooted in the territory. It is greatly appreciated by the local population (whom mostly have little material wealth) because they are committed to bringing development and authentic evangelization. This is the setting for which a great celebration of the Feast Day of Don Bosco was experienced!
Since the morning hours of February 1, 2021 the political situation in Myanmar has been making headlines all around the Globe. Many Salesian Family members from the other 22 countries of the East Asia-Oceania region and beyond have been asking: 'How is situation in our seven Salesian communities on the ground there?"
Anjanamasina is a suburb in Antananarivo, the captial city of Madagascar, where the Salesians offer their help to the state re-education centre which houses more than a hundred children and young people. They were first invited by the local prison authorities who were impressed at the Salesian methodology and results.

On 6 January 2021 thousands of people from every corner of Balochistan, the largest province in Pakistan, joined the Salesian communities of Lahore and Quetta to participate in the Holy Eucharist on the third Anniversary of the late Fr Peter Zago.
